Aced offers a the ability to track your friends and opponents that are playing online poker. If you have friends that you like to play with, you will know when they sign in and sit down at a poker table.
If you have found a poker player that you want to follow; maybe a fish or weak player that you think you can beat, the friends list will allow you to track them at the tables. This way you will know when they are playing and you will be able to monitor their status while they are logged in.
The list of poker players you are tracking is displayed in the main lobby at all times so that you can easily view your poker friends list.
Why Track Poker Players
If you want to make money playing online poker, you need ot learn where your profits come from. They will usually come from players who don't play as well as you, not from outplaying superior poker players. This means that if you find someone who you know you can beat at the poker table, you should do your best to track them and take their money when you can.
Tracking a fish at the poker tables can be a great way to build your bankroll. Some players like to use different types of tracking software at the tables. Most of this software is banned by the poker rooms. Even if you can find a room that will let you use tracking software, it doesn't do you any good if you spend the whole day monitoring the poker tables looking for an opponent.
Play Poker With Your Friends Online
The friends list is a great way to find your friends at the tables. I play with a small circle of friends and we are always watching each other play just because we enjoy watching our friend play poker; especially if one of our friends is deep in a poker tournament.
Instead of having to search for each player individually or call my friends on the phone to see if they are playing, I can just look at my list of players to see who is logged in and playing.
Who Is On My Poker Friends List?
I have about 4 friends on my poker friends list. Some of them don't know this, but they're actually on there because they are fish and I likie to track them, but ehy are my long-time friends as well.
Thre is also 3 players who I know to be bad poker players. I have played them all on a few occasions and I always seek them out when I see them on my friends list and they are playing online.
Aced also allows you to transfer money to your friends who have accounts on the poker site. You are only allowed to have 1 account as a player, so they do check on occasion to see who you are transferring money to and from. This is usually only done when you try to cashout a substantial amount of money. The purpose of this is not to see who your friends are, but just to make sure that there is nothing shady going on when you try to cash out. As long as your poker friends are not scammers, you should be just ok.
